Do you accept COD?
Our cash on delivery service is down, due to the pandemic. This is for the safety of our drivers and our customers. FirstChoiceFood also wants to help the healthcare workers, the government, and everyone to lessen the spread of the virus.
What are your modes of payment?
FirstChoiceFood currently accepts modes of payment from credit cards such as Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
Can I order in advance?
There is a select option in our checkout page if you wish to order in advance. Just put your delivery date and time, and our customer service will process the order and have it delivered to your home on the date and time it is expected to arrive.
Can I make a change in my order? What about refunds?
Yes, you can!
However, you may need to call us as soon as you can. Take note though that changing will affect your cost and we will have to make additional charges for you. Best that you make your changes fast or there will be additional charges as the courier will be hassled if you don’t incur the changes right away. The orders will be accommodated only within the timeframe allowed by the restaurant
How long does it take for order to arrive?
Orders are expected to arrive within one hour. It can change, depending on the distance of the restaurant to your destination and order quantity. There will be an additional charge of RS. 200. However, if the order is below the amount there will be no additional charge. We have no minimum orders.
Can I order from Multiple Restaurants?
Yes, but a delivery charge will be added for each order. The restaurants included will also have to have separate orders so you have to checkout completely for each restaurant.
How can I know the status of my order?
If you want to call our customer support, you can contact 011 4071 1111 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are located at Raja Garden, Delhi, India. You will receive updates of the ETA within minutes via our app notifications and text messages.
What if the quality of food is different?
Our food delivery isn’t perfect, nor are the restaurants we are servicing to. If the taste of the food is different, you can rate the food in our app with whatever you like to. FirstChoiceFood makes sure that the restaurant services can receive feedback and ratings from the customers it caters.

Can I redeem my reward points?
If your promo code is valid, you will receive immediate notification that it has been received. If it’s invalid, try retyping the code. If it doesn’t work, you can contact us via email at email@example.com or 011 4071 1111.
